• Rudy been a Lake County resident since 1984 and has owned Build Florida, Inc. since 1994. He has been a general contractor and land developer in Florida since 1973.
• He is highly experienced at all forms of construction from quality commercial projects to specialized custom home builds.
• He is knowledgeable in multi-phase projects, establishing plans and schedules and achieving success through effective management.
• He is in all aspects of contract negotiation, bid preparation, estimating field variations, quality control, safety purchasing and personnel supervision.
