Dottie comes from a stock brokerage background & has been with Build Florida for 15 years. At present she is the Office Manager & Comptroller. As with most family oriented businesses, all phases of daily operations fall within her scope of work: including customer service & marketing, working with major suppliers & subs, and sales.
Rick Kenyon - Construction Manager
Patrick "Rick" Kenyon has been a Florida resident for over 20 years. He is originally from Michigan & spent 3 years in the Army. Rick has worked in the residential & commercial field for 25 years. He he has been employed with Build Florida for 6 years as Construction Manager.

Eric Harris - Supervisor
Eric Harris is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana & has over 15 years in construction management experience. He has spent the last 5 years as construction supervisor for a major home builder in Indiana, overseeing construction of more than 169 homes. He moved to the Florida sunshine in 2003 & is now continuing his career with Build Florida Inc. building quality homes for a quality company. His future goal is to progress to general contractor.
